SPORTS PHYSICALS

Rapid Clinic Urgent Care offers sports physicals for school aged children for $40. If you don’t have your school’s physical form you can download it below and just bring it with you to the clinic. We are open from 9am-9pm, 7 days a week and no appointment is needed to see our providers.

 

Please review the options for physicals we provide:

1. Level 1 is a basic UIL physical $40

2. Level 2 is a basic UIL physical + extra paperwork or testing $65

3. Level 3 is a physical basic physical with an EKG = $90
